Whole Foods Market to anchor Fern Marketplace

Read King Commercial Real Estate has announced plans for a 30 acre master planned high-end retail development at the intersection of 70th and Fern Avenue. The 36,150 square foot Whole Foods Market will anchor the first phase of the development, which is scheduled to open in early 2015. In addition to Whole Foods Market, the first phase will include another 39,250 square feet of high-end retail and restaurants.

The 40,443 square foot Whole Foods Market is anchoring the first phase of the 18 acre retail development. Read King, a leading full-service commercial real estate firm, was founded more than 20 years ago by Jeff Read and Ewing King.
